Drums, Screams, Backing Vocals​

​Ben was born in 1993, in Kansas City, KS. He began playing drums at the age of 3, though didn't begin seriously playing until around 6th grade. During his freshman year he met a group of seniors and played at his school's pep rally. Shortly after they formed his first band, For The Win. After mild success the band broke up. Afterwards he was invited to join The Voice Issue. After touring around the mid-west playing venues like The Uptown Theater and Beaumont Club, The Voice Issue called it quits. Back at square one, Ben noticed Pete's new-found dedication to guitar and began writing songs with him. His senior year they performed at a talent show with Dustin and decided that they wanted him to be a part of the group.

A few months passed with little to no progress, until one day Ben got a call from D.J. "He seemed like a really cool guy and we decided to have him come out and audition. We played some Breaking Benjamin stuff and right away we knew that his sound, his look, his personality, everything just fit." "I'm so proud to be a part of something that has grown so quickly. I've been a part of groups that have made me feel like I had 'made it', but with this group of guys, I really feel like I've 'made it'. Success isn't measured in shows played or money made, it's measured in how a situation makes you feel, and this situation feels right."
